Believe it or not, seeing insiders selling is not always indicative of poor stock performance. In fact, you can take stock that have had major insider selling, and they average the same/maybe a bit under SPY.
I agree. My concern is however that we see insider selling in most major gas producers, so it`s a trend, as opposed to something occasional.
